Product application:
Composite salt spray test chambers are upgraded versions of traditional corrosion test chambers. They are designed to support not only salt spray corrosion testing but also various other environmental conditions such as humidity (both high temperature and high humidity, as well as low temperature and low humidity) and drying processes (thermal drying and air drying).
These multifunctional test chambers can simultaneously meet the requirements for a range of tests, providing a comprehensive solution for material and product testing under different environmental conditions.

Chamber structure:
The composite salt spray test chamber is constructed by integral molding and high-temperature welding, which ensures it is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and free from leaks.
It features an oversized saltwater tank design to prevent(tests) from being interrupted due to a lack of saltwater.
Between the lid and the chamber body of the salt spray corrosion test chamber, a water seal structure is used to prevent salt mist from escaping.
The electrical control system is mounted in a position that facilitates inspection and maintenance, and it uses a lock-opening side cover door.
The chamber is equipped with a tower-style spraying system that includes a salt solution filtration system. It has crystal-free nozzles, ensuring uniform salt mist distribution, and the deposition rate can be freely adjusted.
Control system:
The composite salt spray test chamber is equipped with an original Japanese "Easy Control" brand temperature and humidity instrument, featuring a 7-inch high-definition true color LCD touch screen.
The controller's user interface offers a choice between Chinese and English, and it can display real-time operation curves on the screen.
The test chamber has the capacity for 1000 programmable segments, with each segment capable of looping through up to 999 steps. The maximum time setting for each segment is 99 hours and 59 minutes, and it includes a function for linking 10 programs.
The controller panel comes standard with a 10M/100M Ethernet interface that can automatically obtain an IP address for remote control. It supports functions such as real-time monitoring, historical curve playback, program editing, FTP upload and download, historical fault viewing, and remote setpoint/program control.
Composite testing methods:
a. Neutral Test
Test Chamber: 35℃ ±2℃, Saturated Air Chamber: 47℃ ±2℃
b. Acidic Test
Test Chamber: 50℃ ±2℃, Saturated Air Chamber: 63℃ ±2℃
c. Humid Test
Test Chamber: 40℃ ±2℃, Relative Humidity 90%~95% R•H (The equipment can meet a set temperature up to 60℃ and relative humidity up to 98% R•H)
Heating is achieved through an internal water tank heating and humidifying method, which heats up quickly and provides uniform distribution of temperature and humidity.
The saturated air chamber uses an automatic water replenishment system, which starts to replenish water after about 20 hours of continuous spraying, and ends in 1-2 minutes, then continues spraying.
d. Drying Test
Drying treatment is conducted using a blower fan, drying the test specimens for 24 hours under standard atmospheric conditions of temperature (15℃~35℃) and relative humidity not exceeding 50%.
